An automatic tape dispenser removes the guesswork from packing boxes, sealing cartons, or pre-cutting lengths for production work. Instead of tearing strips by hand, you set a length once and let the machine feed and cut every strip identically. Load The Tape Roll Correctly

  • Slide the tape roll onto the spindle or support bar, with the adhesive side facing the correct direction for that model.
  • Adjust any side guides or holders so the roll sits snugly without friction on the flanges.
  • Pull the tape end free and thread it through the feed path — typically over a brake roller, under a guide, and through the cutting slot.
  • Press the loose tape end onto the feed roller so it catches when the motor turns.
