Who We Are
Gadgets Feed is a tech and gadgets resource run by Mo & Rikta — a couple who travel, explore, and write about the technology that makes modern life more interesting, more connected, and occasionally more frustrating. We cover smartphones, laptops, audio gear, smart home devices, wearables, cameras, gaming peripherals, and everything in between.
Our standard is simple: if we wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending something to a friend, it doesn’t go on the site. No paid placements. No recycled specs. Just honest, useful content.
Our Story
Gadgets Feed started from a frustration that Mo and Rikta both recognised while travelling — most tech content online is either written for people who already know everything, crammed with affiliate recommendations, or so generic it could apply to any product in any category. Finding a genuinely useful answer to “should I buy this?” often took longer than it should.
So they built Gadgets Feed. A resource grounded in the perspective of people who actually carry their devices across time zones, use them in imperfect conditions, and care about whether something holds up after the first week. Every destination brings new context. Every trip reveals something new about the products we rely on.
Homer — self-appointed editor, keyboard occupier, and Gadgets Feed’s most demanding critic.
Back home, Mo is rarely alone at the desk. Homer — a cat with strong opinions about laptop keyboards and review deadlines — is a permanent fixture of the writing process. Homer doesn’t contribute to the articles. He does, however, sit directly in front of the screen at the most inconvenient moments, which Mo interprets as editorial feedback.
Whether Homer approves of a product recommendation is not tracked. Whether he approves of the chair arrangement is a daily negotiation.
