Does an LED fixture still emit UV?
LEDs emit very little UV compared with halogen or direct daylight, which is why museums have moved to them. Daylight through a nearby window remains the larger risk in most homes, so UV filtration or relocating the piece away from direct sun does more than swapping bulbs.
Can one fixture light a large painting evenly?
