Connection drops: Stay within 10 metres of your laptop. Remove the AirPods in Bluetooth settings and re-pair from scratch.
Bluetooth driver issue: Open Device Manager, expand Bluetooth, right-click your adapter, and select Update driver. Or download the latest driver from the MSI support website.
Microphone not working: Go to Sound Settings > Input and select your AirPods as the input device. Switch to the “Hands-Free AG Audio” profile if needed.
